Abstract

Being able to evaluate the quality of LOs is crucial for reliable LO management. LO quality evaluation must take into account both their pedagogical and the technical characteristics. It also needs to consider them as units of learning and to determine their level of granularity (size). This paper describes a proposal for a specific LO quality evaluation instrument and presents the results of its assessment by a panel of experts.
