Abstract

The paper presents an overview of a Reference Information Model for the introduction of information services into the social solidarity institutions. The model is based on a complete description of the different institutional process, from a high level to a deep detail perspective, and was used for the implementation of a Client Management Information Service for Private Social Solidarity Institutions.
