research. While the proposal outlines a high-level
architectural framework for replication management
in supply chain applications, a number of research
issues need further investigation, including the
selection of a suitable method for conflict detection
and resolution that minimizes latency between
consistent states, specification of the replication API
and development of a method for the management of
business rules.
