#### Abstract

In this scientific work, the process of constructing a mathematical model of morphogenesis and dynamics of the number of bacteria that clean up oil pollution is considered. The creation of the model and the dedicated accompanying software are extremely important in such studies. Automation of processes makes it possible to predict the expected results and use various mathematical conditions and models in practice, in the field of oil pollution.
